Hi, I’m Ashley Van Havere— the heart behind Beautiful Moments, where meaningful times turn into unforgettable celebrations. I started this business because I’ve always believed the best events are the ones that feel personal, intentional, and full of joy. I love bringing people together and creating details that make every event feel unique.

I was raised in Greenville, North Carolina, and went to college at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. I graduated in May 2025 with my Bachelors in Communications with minors in Journalism, English, and Psychology. 

My approach to event planning is simple: I want every client to feel excited, supported, and stress-free throughout the process. From planning annual Christmas parties, to surprise birthday parties, to grad parties, I’ve had my fair share of party planning and I understand how stressful it can be. Having to plan all the details and execute the plan, while also worrying about getting you and other guests ready for the party, can be a lot. My goal is to let you have all the fun, while I plan the perfect celebration for you and your guests.

As someone who values creativity, organization, and genuine connections, I put care into every celebration I plan — because I know these moments become lifelong memories. My goal is to create events that not only look beautiful, but also feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable for you and your guests. Anyone that knows me knows I am a ball of energy and I especially love a good party! Life is short, let’s celebrate with the people we love and create long-lasting memories!!!
